1. FINANCIAL LITERACY – Your pathway to a better life!!
This workshop focuses on preparing young adults for real life challenges. It was developed with Highschool Seniors in mind. We take a hands-on approach where we utilize case studies (real life situations that our youth see at home and in the media), games, and other tools to engage students. We include an explanation of the psychology around money, habits related to money, planning related to money, income, credit, entrepreneurship, investment, and career choices. We use professionals currently working in finance and accounting. This program enables participants to lead more productive lives whether they decide to go on to higher education or get a job immediately following graduation.
2. BASICS OF THE LASH BUSINESS
This class will provide the fundamentals of lashing. Specifically, students will learn to apply 3 basic types of eyelashes with hands on practice as well as guidance for how to get started in the eyelash business. This workshop will discuss common types of business structures. The most common type that people in this industry form. This workshop will also discuss suggested ways to get started and how to manage money. This workshop can be booked either as a 1 on 1 session or for groups of 10 or more.
3. BALLIN ON A BUDGET
This workshop working student no matter if it is high school or college we make sure the participant aware of the responsibilities of life in the work world. We will discuss budgeting and how to manage the funds that the student receives currently from working either in the summer or afterschool.

4. BOX BRAIDING
This workshop will explore opportunities in the Braiding industry and the financial impact. The student will learn the basics of Box braiding. This workshop will discuss common types of business structures. The most common type that people in this industry form. This workshop will also discuss suggested ways to get started and how to manage money.

5. WEBSITE BASICS
This workshop will discuss common types of business structures and the most common type for this type of business. It will also explore what the students can do with this skill set. The instructor will walk through how to create a simple website using some of the most common programs.

6. SOCIAL JUSTICE AND FINANCIAL IMPACT
This workshop discusses the current landscape in our society and the financial impact. Students will look at real world events and dissect them. This workshop provides a platform for students to be heard and decide what kind of decisions that they should make based on what is going on in society today.

7. YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS - BASIC
This class will help students that have a passion to start a business but need help navigating the process. This workshop will cover developing an idea, choosing the type of entity, pitching the idea to classmates, and starting up the business. This workshop will cover the most common entity types for a given business.

8. YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS - ADVANCED
This class will help students that already have a business navigate that business in today’s environment. This workshop will cover the most common entity types, budgeting, basic marketing, and scaling of the business. This workshop will be a platform for those young entrepreneurs to ask those questions they really had about business.

9. COMPUTER REPAIR & MONEY (BASICS)
This class will provide a basic understanding of computers. It will progress to teaching the students how to identify issues, basic trouble shooting and building a computer. This workshop will discuss common types of business structures and the most common type for this type of business. It will also explore what the students can do with this skill set.

10. MONEY & GAMING -
This workshop will cover various ways to monetize gaming. In this workshop we will discuss leaderboards, tournaments, and streaming. This class will also talk about open market place gaming. This workshop will discuss common types of business structures and the most common type for the gaming business. It will also explore what the students can do with this skill set.
